About the Role

Vibrica Solutions is seeking a creative, organised and results-driven Social Media & Content Manager to support the growth of eSchool, our education technology platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing eSchool's social media presence, developing engaging content, growing online communities and supporting digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage eSchool's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X.
2. Develop content calendars and create engaging captions, scripts and content briefs.
3. Coordinate with graphic designers and videographers to produce quality content.
4. Manage online communities, respond to enquiries and encourage audience engagement.
5. Plan and execute social media campaigns, educational content and promotional activities.
6. Monitor performance, analyse social media insights and prepare regular reports.

Requirements

1. Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field.
2. At least 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
3. Strong writing, communication and storytelling skills.
4. Experience managing social media platforms and developing content strategies.
5. Understanding of social media analytics and digital marketing trends.
6. Creative, proactive, organised and results-oriented.
