About the Role

Vibrica Solutions is looking for a Marketing & Growth Executive to help drive the growth of eSchool, our digital platform connecting schools, parents and learners.

This role is ideal for a creative, commercially minded and results-driven individual who can turn ideas and campaigns into measurable growth. You will work across digital marketing, content, campaigns, lead generation and customer acquisition to increase awareness and usage of eSchool.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns for eSchool.
2. Create engaging content for social media and other digital channels.
3. Grow awareness and adoption of eSchool among parents and schools.
4. Generate qualified leads and support the sales pipeline.
5. Monitor website traffic, applications and campaign performance.
6. Identify opportunities to improve user acquisition and conversion.
7. Work closely with the Sales & Outreach and CRM teams.
8. Test new marketing ideas and channels.
9. Prepare regular marketing and growth reports.
10. Contribute ideas to the overall eSchool growth strategy.

8. Previous experience in marketing, sales, business development or customer engagement is an advantage.

More users → More qualified leads → More applications → More active schools → More customers → More revenue.

Your performance will be measured through qualified leads, user growth, application growth, campaign performance, customer acquisition and contribution to revenue.
